Dear Sir/ Madam,
The
Magadi –Chord Road Extension welfare Trust (R.) Bengaluru, was established on
03-08-1992, by our layout veterans. Now the trust is being completed 25 years
of its service. It is a time for the celebration of “Silver Jubilee”, of the
Trust, in the month of November 2017.
Since
the inception of the TRUST, we are successfully undertaking welfare activities
of the M.C. layout residents. Our respected elected representatives and the
government officials are executing the development works of the layout with the
timely valuable suggestions given by the executive body of the TRUST, hence
grateful to them.
THE BRIEF ACHIEVEMENTS
OF THE TRUST
ARE AS FOLLOWS;
• The development of
infrastructure of parks like providing lighting facilities, Out door Gym and
play equipment’s, growing ornamental, flowering plants and trees etc.
• The Water crisis is
increasing many fold every year, the Trust committee members are involved in
solving the crisis by having good rapo with BWSSB officials.
• Asphalting of roads
with RCC reinforcement of water drainage and pedestrian path have been created.
• 50 New street lights
and about a dozen of automatic timers have been installed with the efforts of
the Trust, Illuminating streetlights, installation of CCTV for public safety.
• We are organizing free
yoga classes, free medical “Acupressure” camps for the residents.
• We are celebrating
National and Regional festivals, like Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi
Jayanthi, and Kannada Rajyothsava functions .
• Educational
program-mes, cultural activities, competition for childrens, are being
conducted.
• The Trust in association with “Green
Bengaluru”, a NGO and Bengaluru Mayor, as many as 340 samplings like Honge,
Margosa, Magini, and Neerale,have been planted on the roadside of the layout.
• Two Bus shelters have been erected on 8th
cross road, with the help of elected representatives.
• We have been organizing
the awareness programs like street plays with the assistance of
different voluntary organizations like “Spashta” and other N.G.O’s.
• We have donated Rs
66,680/- for the Prime Minister Relief fund as the social obligation during the
recent calamity.
• The dream project of
the layout. “Sri. Bala Gangadharanatha Swamiji Kreedangana,” work is going to
be taken up by the elected representatives in about 2 Acres of land which was
safeguarded since long by the elected representatives and the veterans of the
layout. The play ground is accommodating for different games with an Am-phi
Theater for the children.
• The elected
representatives are kind enough to assure us an accommodation for the TRUST in
the upcoming BBMP complex on 12th cross, M.C Layout, on a
CA site. (120 ft x 80 ft ). The trust claims the pride of saving this site for the civic amenities of the
layout by fighting legal battles during 1992-93, by our layout elders.
The future short -term tasks of the “Trust”, are
as follows:
• To provide Traffic Signal's
& Rumblers on accident prone spots near schools, parks, busy junctions.
• To get sufficient
C.C.T.V's installed in ward Nos 104 & 105.
• To insist for the
enhancement of police beat, in the layout.
• To provide Metro feeder
buses near Hosahalli Metro station with bus bay.
• To improve rainwater
harvesting scheme & stress on renewable energy conservation.
• To keep the layout
clean by bringing awareness among the residents.
• To establish a
permanent accommodation for the office of the Trust with a well-furnished library.
• To provide Multi Storey
parking facilities at Metro Station’s. ·
To
keep the footpaths of the layout, free
from the occupation of the road side Vendors etc .
· Since the trust has successfully completed 25 years of its service, in this remembrance, the TRUST would like to bring out a “SOUVENIR”, on the occasion of “Silver Jubilee”, celebration. So it is kindly requested to place your advertisements which will have a wide circulations.
· To encourage the children’s in the field of sports and cultural activates.

APPEAL FOR FUNDS:

donate liberally for the “TRUST” and
encourage us to do further more services
to the needy persons of the
layout. The
donations for the “TRUST ”, are exempted from Income tax under 80G of the I.T.
Act.

utilized exclusively for the welfare activities and welfare of the poor , as
mentioned in our TRUST deed.
